RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return products in their original, unopened condition for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5.2 Certain products, including but not limited to personalized items and sale items, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

5.3 In the event of receiving damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was delivered in error.

5.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
