2.1 All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2.3 We make no medical claims regarding our supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
3.1 When placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of products. We accept The majority of Major banks and credit card companies.
3.4 All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business days of receiving payment.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and other factors beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the specified shipping address.
4.4 Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, international shipping, or delivery to certain locations.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return products in their original, unopened condition for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5.2 Certain products, including but not limited to personalized items and sale items, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
5.3 In the event of receiving damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was delivered in error.
5.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
